Kristen Gamboa is the new Senior Economic Developer for the Village of Los Lunas, New Mexico where her goal is to focus on two important areas, helping established businesses grow and expand while simultaneously working on business attraction and marketing to bring economic-base jobs. Prior to this position she was the Director of Business Development for the New Mexico Partnership where she represented the entire state of NM at tradeshows, with site selectors, and in meetings with international and domestic companies looking to expand their operations to the southwest. She takes a regional approach to economic development that will result in a high quality of life for all Valencia County residents and values the importance of establishing genuine relationships to build trust and mutual understanding with anyone she comes in contact with.

A proud Lobo, Kristen currently resides in Valencia County, NM and lives in a house built in 1880 with hundred-year old trees. Three rambunctious dogs run her household and she has more than enough home projects to keep her busy for the rest of her life.
